Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: employees of Shoot Indoors LLC, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling), and members of their households. By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements.
The contest begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time ("Contest Period"). The Contest Period consists of three monthly judging periods:
During the Contest Period, visit the contest page and submit an entry form including your name, a valid email address, and up to three (3) photographs. The maximum total number of photo submissions per person across the entire Contest Period is three (3). Entries in excess of this limit will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted prior to 11:59 PM Mountain Time on September 30, 2026.
Monthly winners and the Grand Prize winner will be selected by Shoot Indoors staff at their sole discretion. Judging criteria include creativity, composition, relevance, and overall impression. All judging decisions are final and binding. Monthly winners are eligible to win in subsequent months and are automatically entered into the Grand Prize pool at the end of the Contest Period.
Monthly Prizes (one awarded at the end of each qualifying month): One (1) winner per month will receive: one (1) free month of Shoot Indoors membership, one (1) Shoot Indoors branded hat, one (1) Shoot Indoors koozie, and one (1) Shoot Indoors sticker pack. Approximate retail value: $[TBD — complete before publishing].
Grand Prize (awarded after September 30, 2026): One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from the pool of monthly prize winners. The Grand Prize is one (1) Glock 19 Gen 6 pistol, or a firearm of equal or greater value if the specified model is unavailable at the time of award. Approximate retail value: $[TBD]. Note: "Glock 19 Gen 6" is a placeholder — confirm the actual grand prize firearm before publishing.
The Grand Prize firearm will be transferred to the winner exclusively through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer designated by Shoot Indoors. The winner must:
If the winner fails a background check, is otherwise ineligible to receive the firearm, does not respond within 7 days of notification, or does not complete the FFL transfer within 30 days of being notified, the Grand Prize is forfeited and Shoot Indoors may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the monthly winner pool or award no Grand Prize. Shoot Indoors is not responsible for background check results.
Monthly winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the end of each monthly judging period. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email within 30 days after September 30, 2026. Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Shoot Indoors is not responsible for notifications lost due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or failure to monitor the submitted email address.
By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Shoot Indoors LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, modify, and create derivative works from the submitted photograph(s) for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, social media, website content, and other promotional materials, with or without attribution and without further compensation. Entrant waives any right to inspect or approve any particular use of the photograph by Shoot Indoors.
By submitting an entry, each entrant represents and warrants that: (a) the photograph is the entrant's original work; (b) the entrant has full right and authority to grant the license described herein; (c) the photograph does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other rights; and (d) any identifiable individuals in the photograph have consented to its submission and potential publication.
All prizes are awarded "as is." Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. Shoot Indoors may require prize winners to complete IRS Form W-9 or other required tax documentation prior to prize fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shoot Indoors LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to participation in this contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Shoot Indoors is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any technical failures affecting the entry process.
Shoot Indoors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time for any reason at its sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of Shoot Indoors. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the contest is a violation of these rules and may be subject to legal action. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
